Employer attitudes towards flexible-working arrangements have shifted markedly during the pandemic with seven-in-ten UK HR managers now saying flexible working could work for their business, a new poll has revealed.
Following the upheaval caused by the covid crisis, almost half (49%) of 903 HR managers polled agree that greater flexible working could be implemented in the long term, adding to the one-in-five (21%) respondents who said their organisation already enabled significant flexible working before the pandemic struck in 2020.
