Lesbian Visibility Week might not get as much attention as annual Pride celebrations, but it is still an opportunity for all of us to show solidarity with, and appreciation for, lesbian friends, family, and colleagues. Indeed, multiple studies published this week show that this community needs more support – especially from employers.
