One-in-five UK workplaces do not have policies to support LGBTQ+ staff, according to a new survey from the Trades Union Congress (TUC).

A poll of around 1,000 HR managers also found only half (51%) of organisations have formal policies to prohibit discrimination, bullying, and harassment of LGBTQ+ workers.
