Instability, productivity pressure, and rising expectations are driving feelings of dread in workers across Australia, Germany, the UK, and the US, according to a new study.
The international survey from Headspace examined workplace issues driving stress and burnout among 4,000 employees, 400 CEOs, and 250 HR leaders.
Almost nine-in-ten (89%) employees have felt moderate to extreme stress over the past 12 months, with nearly half (49%) saying they feel a sense of “dread” at least once a week.
