Recent layoffs have intensified a climate of toxicity in many US tech companies, leading to employee burnout and resignations if left unchecked, research suggests.

TalentLMS’ and Culture Amp’s survey of 1,000 tech sector workers found that toxic working environments had negatively impacted the physical health and job performance of 48% of respondents, while 46% admitted suffering from burnout.
