Employment lawyers continue to face turbulent times, with unprecedented change altering the workplace, the rights of workers and how and where we work.

I am proud to have recently taken over as the chair of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and, during my term, I expect to encounter several new and growing trends. In this piece, I identify some of the biggest issues on employment lawyers’ radars.
