Many businesses taking part in the four-day working week pilot in the UK plan to keep it in place after the trial ends, even though the transition to a reduced working week has been a challenge for some.
More than 70 organisations, employing more than 3,300 workers, signed up for the six-month trial, which kicked off at the beginning of June. At the halfway point, 88% of 41 companies said the four-day week is working “well” for their business.
