A former Nationwide manager who lost her job after the building society stopped employees working from home has been awarded nearly £350,000 in damages.

Long before the covid-19 pandemic, senior lending manager (SLM) Jayne Follows had been allowed to work at least two days a week from home in order to care for her elderly disabled mother, a London employment tribunal was told.
