McDonald’s is facing a group legal action in the UK after a BBC investigation found some staff working for the fast-food giant “were being groped and harassed almost routinely”.
Since the BBC’s report went public in July, more than 160 McDonald’s workers have come forward with further accounts of inappropriate behaviour at the burger chain, including claims of sexual assault, harassment, racism, and bullying.
