As we reach the end of another Pride month, new research suggests Britain’s LGBTQ+ community is lowering its expectations of working life to cope with ongoing discrimination and harassment.

The report, published Thursday by the Trades Union Congress (TUC) during its annual conference, follows in-depth interviews with a diverse range of LGBTQ+ people and union representatives, working in jobs across the UK economy.
