Three years ago this week, the US Supreme Court issued its landmark decision in Bostock v Clayton County. The court held that discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity is prohibited by the Civil Rights Act. And yet, the workplace doesn’t seem much more welcoming, or safe, for America’s LGBTQ+ community.
