Currys, the UK’s largest technology retailer, has introduced five new D&I-focused policies – IVF support, premature birth and pregnancy loss leave, menopause support, and paid gender-reassignment leave – to improve its employee wellbeing and inclusion goals.
“We want to ensure that colleagues feel supported in times of need, and we are working hard to create a culture where everyone feels they belong,” said Paula Coughlan, chief communications, sustainability, and people officer at Currys.
