The Hollywood Commission released the results of its entertainment industry culture and climate survey on Thursday, with workers providing a mixed impression of whether harassment and abuse is being flushed out of Tinsel Town.

Feedback from more than 5,000 anonymous entertainment sector workers found a considerable uptick in the awareness of what qualifies as workplace misconduct, how to report it, and how to respond to attempts at retaliation.
