The SAG-AFTRA actors union has reached a tentative deal with major studios, ending the second of Hollywood’s longest-running strikes after 118 days.
Described by the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP), which represents studios such as Netflix and Walt Disney, as its “last, best and final” offer, the new three-year contract is valued at more than $1bn.
