Prime Minister Boris Johnson has indicated that the remaining covid restrictions in England will be lifted later this month. After two years of flux, this will mean yet more change and challenges for employers and HR teams.

England’s current covid restrictions had been due to expire on 24 March; however, the prime minister has told MPs that if encouraging trends in data continue, rules would end a month early.
