France will gradually lift restrictions designed to combat the spread of the omicron variant from next month, following the introduction of a vaccine pass or “passe vaccinal” on 24 January. However, employers must continue to meet their duty of care to employees by limiting, if not completely eliminating, their risk of exposure to covid-19, lawyers have warned.
