Aussie employers’ demand for workers with strong interpersonal skills has surged following the covid-19 pandemic, new research reveals.

An analysis of more 12 million online job adverts by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) between 2015 and 2022 found remote roles were 1.2 times more likely to mention interpersonal skills than in-office roles.
