Large organisations know all too well the challenges of managing a multi-generational workforce. Beyond the competing demands of Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z, politics is the third rail employers will be wary of touching (again) ahead of the 2024 US presidential election. That particular powder keg aside, a growing debate over the gerontocracy of US politics can often be found replicated in the workplace.
