Pennsylvania’s Democratic Senator Bob Casey recently unveiled two bills focused on tackling the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to discipline and surveil employees.

The first of the two bills is the No Robot Bosses Act, which seeks to bar employers from relying exclusively on automated systems (like algorithms and machine learning tools) in making employment decisions.
