More than half of legal sector employees have suffered mental ill-health following instances of bullying, harassment, or discrimination at work, according to new research on toxic workplace cultures.

A new study asked 1,000 employees in banking and finance, insurance, legal, healthcare, and public sectors about the culture within their organisations, whether they had borne the brunt of or witnessed incidents of inappropriate workplace conduct, and its impact on them.
