Singapore officials have announced a raft of changes to the work pass scheme as the city-state aims to remain an attractive location for foreign talent post-covid.

Announced earlier this week, the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) is introducing a new five-year pass for foreigners who can demonstrate “outstanding achievements” or earn at least S$30,000 (US$21,500) a month across any sector.
