With covid-19 restrictions eased and Singapore’s workers beginning their return to offices across the Lion City, employers are being encouraged to make flexible working arrangements (FWAs) a permanent feature of the post-pandemic workplace.

The government has said FWAs should be part of the future of work as they help employees achieve better work-life harmony and promote a more engaged and productive workforce.
