The Mexican government last month published a resolution aimed at eliminating the importation of goods produced by forced labour. The resolution, published on 17 February, is Mexico’s latest step in enforcing the provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), which entered effect on 1 July 2020.
