The US-Mexico Facility-Specific Rapid-Response Labour Mechanism (RRM) is a dispute settlement mechanism established under Chapter 31 Annex A of the US-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) for the expedited enforcement of workers’ freedom of association and right to collective bargaining at the facility level.
