Law firms must tackle excessive working hours and workloads amid wellbeing crisis
To tackle a growing mental health crisis within the legal profession, the Law Society of England and Wales and a leading mental health charity have told law firms they must change working practices that put lawyers’ wellbeing at risk.
In a statement at the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, Law Society president I. Stephanie Boyce said the profession needed to take stock of its working culture.
