Krispy Kreme has agreed to pay almost $1.19m to resolve overtime violations in multiple locations found as part of a US Department of Labor investigation.

The agency filed a complaint against the multinational doughnut and coffeehouse chain on 7 November, listing the violations and a consent order defining the settlement in the US District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
