Starbucks is facing an unfair labour practice complaint after refusing to extend promised wage increases to unionised staff at a corporate drive-through store in Canada.

Employees in Starbucks’ owned stores are set to receive increased pay, benefits, and training this summer, following investment plans announced in May.
