Only half of UK workers believe their employer takes bullying, discrimination, or harassment complaints seriously and would feel comfortable making a complaint, according to a survey.

Law firm Bolt Burdon Kemp conducted a survey of 2,000 individuals from across the UK to find out British people’s opinions on a series of workplace issues.
