Nearly half of European businesses have adopted a wait-and-see approach to AI, and are cognisant of the need to weigh the value with the potential risks, particularly when it comes to privacy and discrimination concerns.
The findings come from Littler’s survey of 780 executives, in-house lawyers, and business leaders from across 15 countries for its sixth annual European Employer Report.
