A dyslexic parking warden who was fired for falsifying of records was unfairly dismissed and subjected to discrimination after managers forced him to sign documents he could not read, a UK employment tribunal has held.

Dean Bean worked as a civil enforcement officer for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for ten years before his employment contract was transferred under TUPE to private parking contractor NSL Limited in December 2017.
