Seven-in-ten lesbian women continue to experience discrimination at work, preventing many from feeling able to come out at work, according to new research released at the start of Lesbian Visibility Week.

The study of 2,000 workers across Canada, the UK, and the US shows that three-quarters of LGBTQ+ women and non-binary professionals fear being completely out and proud among colleagues.
