British employers should consider four-day working weeks and fully paid commutes to lure employees back into the office, according to a new survey.

While remote working remains a preference among most employees in the post-pandemic world, three-in-five (59%) office staff would consider a return to the workplace if their employer implemented a four-day week, YouGov found after surveying 724 UK workers.

Under the model, employees would be required to work the same number of hours over four days, with a three-day weekend.
