Circle K Stores has entered into a nationwide agreement with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to resolve retaliation and discrimination charges, the federal agency announced today.

The settlement resolves multiple allegations filed against the American convenience store chain headquartered in Tempe, Arizona over a five-year period between 2010 and 2015.
