California’s Supreme Court has rejected an argument from Uber attempting to limit the ability of its drivers to litigate employment-related disputes.

In a unanimous ruling on Monday, it was held that UberEats driver Erik Adolph did not give up his right to sue on behalf of a large group of workers, despite signing an agreement requiring him to arbitrate any work-related legal claims.
