Managing remote workers is tricky at the best of times but the task is made even more difficult when employees are spread across different time zones. Now new research reveals that Asia-Pacific-based workers increasingly feel overlooked and excluded from their global teams.

Software provider Capterra’s 2024 Collaboration and Productivity Survey includes input from almost 6,500 workers within multinational companies spread across 13 countries in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
