Language discrimination is a prevalent form of bias in multilingual organisations, but especially so in remote working environments, new research suggests.

Language-based discrimination is defined as an unfair disadvantage as a result of a person’s written and spoken language. For example, excluding employees who don’t have the same first language from workplace conversations.
