The US Department of Labor and the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division have signed a new memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at protecting workers from employer collusion and promoting competitive labour markets and worker mobility.
The move is the latest aimed at strengthening inter-agency cooperation throughout the Biden administration as the president vows to follow through on election promises to protect workers’ rights.
