In what could become a landmark disability case, a UK employment tribunal is to consider how employers treat staff who are experiencing menopause symptoms.

Leicester Employment Tribunal began hearing evidence yesterday on claims that Maria Rooney was discriminated against, harassed, and victimised by her employer on the grounds of disability and sex. The is case expected to last 16 days.
