Uber and Ola Cabs must provide drivers using their apps with more information on how automated decisions affect them, the Amsterdam Court of Appeal has ruled.

Supported by the App Drivers & Couriers Union (ADCU) and Worker Info Exchange, a collection of London drivers brought three cases against the platform operators seeking greater transparency around how non-human decisions are made.
