South Africa’s business community must step up to tackle youth unemployment

With two-in-three young people out of work in South Africa, President Cyril Ramaphosa is pushing businesses to do their bit in tackling the country’s youth unemployment crisis.

Honouring school children who fought against the apartheid regime in 1976, South Africa’s president has said today’s young people “confront new struggles in their quest to lead lives of dignity”.
