South Africa’s government has introduced a new code that demands a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of workplace harassment, whether it’s on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, or race. Employment experts say the new code should give employers more confidence when taking action against perpetrators of workplace abuse.
