Sheppard Mullin promotes three labour attorneys

Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton has revealed 13 attorneys have been promoted to partner for 2021, three within its nationwide labour and employment practice group.

Hayley S Grunvald, based in the firm’s San Diego, Del Mar office, has a specific focus on defence work handling a wide range of litigation including wage and hour class actions, single plaintiff actions, and state and federal enforcement actions.

In the San Francisco office, Patricia M Jeng is an experienced class and representative action litigator with a practice ranging from defence of complex wage and hour matters to single-plaintiff claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and other employment-related actions. 

Meanwhile, in Chicago, Mikela T Sutrina defends employers in state and federal court, as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower and whistleblower retaliation actions, as well as restrictive covenant agreements and misappropriation of trade secrets.
