The intersection between the physical and the digital world, and between people and machines, are key workplace issues employers are increasingly grappling with. As more and more companies use automation to improve efficiencies, the impact on workers is immense.

“I’m working with a number of clients on projects that involve the introduction of automated equipment and artificial intelligence. We are helping with the structural changes that this requires for the people side of the business,” says Darren Perry, co-chair of Seyfarth’s international employment law team.
