The number of whistleblower reports made to the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding sexual harassment more than tripled in the past year from three to ten, according to an analysis by law firm Fox & Partners.

The analysis comes after the FCA vowed last week to overhaul how it deals with whistleblowers following dissatisfaction with its complaints handling process.
