A US appeals court has breathed new life into a long-running lawsuit that claims McDonald’s so-called “no-poaching” agreement violates federal antitrust law.

Fast-food workers Leinani Deslandes and Stephanie Turner are suing the burger giant over a corporate policy that prohibits franchisees from hiring staff who worked at other US franchise or company-owned stores for six months after they leave their jobs.
