More than half (56%) of UK employers do not take a zero-tolerance approach to workplace discrimination, according to a new study.
YouGov’s polling of more than 1,000 employees and over 600 HR professionals from a range of sectors also found two-in-five (39%) employers have no formal of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and one in five (20%) were not taking any proactive steps to improve the makeup and inclusivity of their teams.
