The introduction of new fair pay legislation will overhaul New Zealand’s employment landscape and have a significant impact on the majority of employers, employment experts have warned.

The Fair Pay Agreements (FPAs) Bill, introduced by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s government, will allow employers and unions to negotiate minimum terms and working conditions for all employees across a particular industry.
