With employees no longer solely focused on financial rewards, employers are looking at a wider suite of benefits they can offer, including the right to choose working location, extra days off, shares, and cash, in a bid to retain and attract new talent.

However, delegates at IEL’s European Employment Summit last month heard that meeting employee demands is increasingly challenging for employers that must also comply with local laws and ensure consistency in the way rewards are deployed across their workforces.
