“It’s a whole different ballgame. Almost like we’re in a different industry, but in a good way,” replies Erin Webber when asked to reflect on how running a law firm has changed during her more than two decades of legal practice. “We definitely operate more like a business. That allows us to be more strategic in our decisions regarding expansion, innovation, and talent. The last few years, we’ve seen tremendous change, but especially in how we deal with talent.”
