Businesses have been warned once again to avoid “rainbow-washing” this Pride month, as LGBTQ+ workers can increasingly tell when their employer is being insincere about their inclusivity efforts.

Published in May, Randstad’s 2024 Workmonitor Pulse survey found that 41% of more than 2,000 LGBTQ+ workers have faced discrimination at work.

Additionally, 35% of workers across Australia, France, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US felt that their sexuality or gender identity has negatively impacted their career.
